indian head massage

indian head massage

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE works directly on areas affected by mental, emotional, physical stress and can bring about immediate relief. It improves circulation in the head, neck, shoulders and back. The goal is to clear blocks in these energy channels that cause a build-up of negative energy that are purported to cause ailments. The belief is when the energy does not flow properly, negative energy builds up, causing common ailments, including stress, aches and pains and possible hairloss.

Indian Head Massage is an effective therapy which promotes feelings of well-being and melts away tension in the body.  It can be carried out seated in a chair, fully dressed, with or without massage oils. Massage is used not only on the head, scalp, face and neck and shoulders but also on upper back, arms, hands and fingers thus promoting relaxation and healing to those areas.

The effect of Indian Head Massage can last up to a week and so regular massage can bring about a sense of balance to the body and mind and restore flagging stamina.
